OC Sport provides overall production and project management for the most famous transatlantic race. Our teams handle the entire operational chain, encompassing race direction, maritime safety, the development of monumental villages, and the management of the flow of millions of visitors, both on land and at sea.
Complete organization of the Generali Geneva Marathon
OC Sport is responsible for the complete organization and technical direction of the Generali Geneva Marathon. Their teams manage the logistical engineering of this major urban event, ensuring the route planning, the design of the facilities, and the coordination of city services to accommodate tens of thousands of runners.
Technical management of the Nantes Marathon
For the Abalone Marathon in Nantes, OC Sport is responsible for the technical direction and project management of the event. The company orchestrates all the urban logistics: from securing the routes in the city center to managing the teams of volunteers, to designing complex temporary infrastructures such as the floating footbridge deployed on the Erdre river.
Sports engineering and logistics services for La Foulée des Géants
Acting as a technical service provider for Puy du Fou, OC Sport leverages its expertise to ensure the operational success of La Foulée des Géants. Our teams provide on-site sporting management, logistical coordination for the event, and management of the registration platform to handle the event's growing popularity.
Operational and technical co-management of the popular event Morges bouge
In partnership with the City of Morges, OC Sport is involved in the operational co-management of this annual gathering of 2,400 participants. The organization acts as project manager and on-site staff, directly overseeing the technical aspects of the courses, the scenography and logistical setup of the village, as well as the overall management of the volunteer teams.
Managing press and foreign influencer relations for the Nice-Cannes Marathon
For the Nice-Cannes Alpes-Maritimes Marathon by Kiprun, OC Sport is handling all aspects of international press relations and influencer engagement. From selecting key figures to negotiating agreements, our team manages all logistics (transportation, accommodation) and on-site reception, while also coordinating programs with tourism partners and distributing English-language press releases.
Overall production and logistical coordination of the Walk the Talk challenge for the WHO
OC Sport deployed a 360° event management service for the World Health Organization during the Walk the Talk challenge. The teams handled the entire operational chain: from the technical planning of the routes to the management of infrastructure and crowd flow, including volunteer recruitment, media amplification and the coordination of VIP protocols.
Operational and logistical management of the Dongfeng Race Team in the Volvo Ocean Race
During the 2014-15 and 2017-18 Volvo Ocean Race campaigns, OC Sport provided overall executive production for the Dongfeng Race Team project. The teams handled operational engineering and sporting management from start to finish: from crew selection and preparation to onshore technical logistics, and the deployment of a 24/7 media and communications production system. This rigorous management propelled the team to a historic round-the-world victory.
