President of the Board
Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Groupe Télégramme (Media, Services, Event), Roland Tresca also presides over Groupe Telegramme Développement (GTD), the subsidiary in charge of the diversification of the group.
Roland Tresca takes part in the development of GTD’s main subsidiaries acting as President of the Board of OC Sport; President of Pen Duick (Transat AG2R - La Mondiale, Solitaire du Figaro Eric Bompard, Generali Solo, Transat Brest Martinique); President of Promovoile (Route du Rhum – Destination Guadeloupe); Vice-Président of C2G ( Francofolies de la Rochelle, Printemps de Bourges, Morgane Events, Rivacom, Sea Events, etc); President of Regionsjob.com and President of Phileas (communication agency).
In 2000, based in Brittany, Guillaume founded REGIONSJOB.COM, one of the first French job boards, with two partners. After 2 years as a small start-up, the business grew and for 11 years, Guillaume managed the company as CEO. By 2010, REGIONSJOBCOM was the French market leader.
In 2011, Guillaume left the company to take sabbatical leave with his family, sailing for a year around the North Atlantic Ocean. On his return, Guillaume joined Groupe Telegramme Développement (who had been the majority shareholder in REGIONSJOB.COM since 2001) as Deputy Managing Director in charge of New Business Development.
Guillaume became Executive Director of OC Sport after its purchase by the Groupe Telegramme in 2014. Passionate about sports and in particular sailing, Guillaume started sailing at age 7 on Optimists. After many races on mini6, 50, F18, IRC, Diam24, Guillaume now enjoys windsurfing and cat sailing with his 2 boys.
From 2001 to 2008, Rémi Duchemin was Head of Strategic Marketing and Business Development at Amaury Sport Organisation. His work on the Tour de France, French Golf Open and Paris International Marathon helped grow the events in stature on the international stage, and he was also responsible for the creation and management of the Merrell Oxygen Challenge.
In 2009, Rémi founded ThirdPole, a new and expanding force in Outdoor Events ranging from running, cycling and biathlon, to more extreme sports including adventure and trail running. In 2010 ThirdPole merged with OC Group to form OC ThirdPole with Rémi as CEO, bringing together their competencies into a global sports marketing company, specialising in sailing and outdoor events. A further merger in June 2012 between OC ThirdPole and Patrice Clerc Associates saw the evolution of OC Sport.
Vice-President of the Board
Patrice Clerc brings an international expertise in a wide range of sports and leisure activities. Patrice has developed a unique experience in the creation, management and development of international sports events over the last three decades. Patrice was Chairman and CEO of ASO (Amaury Sport Organisation) from 2000 to 2008 during which time ASO organised major sports events such as the Tour de France, the Dakar Rally, the Paris International Marathon and the French Golf Open.
From 1984 to 2000 Patrice was Managing Director of Roland-Garros and the international competitions within the French Tennis Federation including the creation and management of the BNP Paribas Masters (ATP Master 1000 Paris-Bercy).
